OPAL Schools feedback, reviews and complaints

If you’re unhappy with the way your OPAL programme is delivered, in the first instance, please speak to your OPAL mentor as it should be possible to resolve any problems through the normal course of the programme

We aim to respond within 10 working days.

If you’re not happy with the response to your complaint, you can ask the Head of our Schools Team to carry out a review. Please email cath@outdoorpeople.org.uk or by calling 07813 879 179. As a franchise holder of the OPAL programme, we will do our utmost to resolve any issues you are facing – we may also forward your complaint to OPAL UK if the issue is with the content, rather than the delivery of the programme. We aim to respond to you within 10 working days.

If you're still not happy with our response, we will bring your complaint to the attention of the UK OPAL team, who will be able to offer an independent review.
